What's included in the trial?
For 14 days you can try your assistant with the web chat box, a test line and the simulation report; no card required. A real phone number requires a paid plan.
What happens when I use up my plan's conversations?
When the quota runs out, the assistant pauses and alerts you; new conversations go to your team. Upgrade to continue right away.
How is a conversation counted?
Every conversation the assistant replies to counts as one conversation, no matter how many messages it has. Phone calls are counted separately in minutes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period, then the assistant stops; you can still sign in to the dashboard and resubscribe.

No. Prices exclude VAT; it's shown separately on the invoice.
Is there a per-agent fee?
No. On paid plans you can add as many team members as you like.
